GHG Corporation is concerned with you, the customer. We will do our best to meet your needs in product support and service. If you have questions concerning the operation of the equipment or the services you purchased from our company, please contact John Denny at 281-488-8806 x105.

Our hours of operation are 7:00am to 8:00pm Central Time Zone.

NOTE: If the product you purchased is under warranty by the manufacturer and needs service, contact us directly at 281-488-8806 x200. Information will be provided for the direct contact responsible for the warranty.

All hardware and software come with a 1 year warranty, with extended warranty purchased on a year by year basis. Extended 1 year hardware warranty is 10% of the purchase price. Extended 1 year software warranty is 20% of the purchase price.

Statement of Guarantee

GHG Corporation guarantees to make available equivalent replacement parts for a product sold to the state for at least 3 years after a product is discontinued.
